自我介绍的主要内容有哪些

① 姓名。在介绍你的名字时，发音必须准确(南方考生更要注意)。

② 年龄。年龄后面可以跟名字(I am XXX, 25 years old)。

③ 原机构、主要的。注意：一定要放原学校的英文名、明确专业英文名称(特别是跨学校、跨专业学生)。

公司、位置。注意：在职候选人应该把他们的公司、自己的立场/职位英文名称清晰。

④ 特点、能力。可以强调你的性格如何对你申请的专业产生积极影响。如果申请学术专业，我可以说我很小心(carefully，detail- oriented)、有组织的(logical)、脚踏实地(steady)等待；如果研究、应用性更强的专业，你可以说你有责任 (responsible)、可靠的(dependable)、高效的(efficient)等待。

⑤ 爱好。All work and no play make Jack a dull boy. 除了强调学习的重要性，同时，避免给考官一个 书呆子 一种感觉。一般可从运动、音乐、电影等，同时，向您简要解释这些爱好的积极意义 (build my body, relax myself, open my mind )；注意避免提及可能冒犯考官的爱好，喜欢：playing computer games，watching TV等待。

⑥ 你对申请的专业感兴趣吗(be interested in/be fascinated with/be obsessed with )，可酌情举出一些例子，如果你经常阅读相关书籍、纸、文章、新闻等。在职应聘者可强调知识教育对工作的影响： In my work, I find it necessary to broaden my horizons in communication. That s why I long for entering your prestigious university。
