英语考试作文试题的最大特点之一就是时间限制，即在有限的时间内（一般分布30分钟）根据试题要求完成论述题。有很多考生在交卷时要么没有完成作文题，要么作文质量比较差，当然这有很多原因，但有一个不可忽视的原因是没有足够的时间来完成作文或者仔细思考写一篇符合题目要求的文章。
